It’s simple and hassle free at Rainbow Feathers. We can feel the pain of our customers when product and service is not as per their expectation – reason is simple We are also at the receiving end, I mean Customer!

So, WE ARE VERY CLEAR – CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH US.

Customer can give back, termed as “Return” the product to Rainbow Feathers purchased on our website under following cases:

  1. Product or parts of the product is missing
  2. Wrong Item is delivered
  3. Product was damaged during shipping

What are the possible outcomes of Return:

  1. Replacement – To opt to receive a replacement of the product.
    a) When Customer places Replacement Request with us, Customer will have to return product to Rainbow Feathers and then only we will ship the product again for replacement.
    b) In some exceptional cases, Rainbow Feathers may agree to replace the product without expecting the shipment back.
    c) In case Rainbow Feathers doesn’t have product in stock, we will refund the price of the product and Customer will have to accept the refund in lieu of replacement.
  2. Refund – To opt to receive the money back incurred for purchasing the item concerned.
    a) When Customer places Refund Request, Customer will have to return product to Rainbow Feathers and then only we will process the refund.
    b) In some exceptional cases, Rainbow Feathers may agree to process the refund without expecting the shipment back.

What is the timeline to raise Return Request?

Customer will have to place the Return Request within 7 Days from the date of delivery with original tag and packaging as per the Return Policy mentioned above.

Who will borne the shipping cost of return?

  1. For PAN India Customers, Rainbow Feathers shall borne the shipping cost of the return of the order. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges to your wallet on our website.
  2. For International Customers, Customer will have to borne the return shipping cost. Therefore, We strongly recommend you to choose products carefully before making an international order as return may not be very cost effective.

How refund will be processed?

Refund shall be made through the original payment mode. Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund amount will be added to your wallet on our website.

Is Customer entitled to return items if wrongly ordered?

Customer is not entitled to any return/ replace/ refund if wrong product is ordered.

Will you accept returns if I have bought products in SALE?

No. If you have purchased your product with under SALE scheme, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. Sale products are final sale only.

How do I cancel an order on Rainbow Feathers?

  1. Before Shipping
    a) If you cancel your order before your product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount if it’s a prepaid order.
    b) If you’ve placed the order in COD mode, we’ll simply cancel it.
  2. After Shipping
    a) There will be no cancellation after Shipping.

Can I return a part of the order?

Yes, you can return a part of your order. Write to us at care@rainbowfeathers.in with your order number. We’ll do the needful under our standard return policy mentioned above.
