What is the delivery Timeline in India?

Usually, we the orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order with confirmation of payment and will be delivered to you within 3-7 days of of being shipped from our warehouse. Products being displayed are there in our warehouse.

What are the shipping charges? Am I eligible to get free shipping?

Yes, if your order value is greater than Rs. 500 INR, it is absolutely free for all Indian Customers but if it is less than Rs. 500 INR, we charge Rs. 70 INR for shipping. How do you deliver products? Who are your courier partners?

Our preferred delivery partners are picker, shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery. We also send by India Post Office through Speed Post if our delivery partners don’t provide service in those locations. Does Rainbow Feathers ship orders internationally?

Yes, of course. We deliver our products internationally also. Our logistics partners for international orders are shiprocket, DTDC, FedEx, EMS. While checking out you can select your preferred shipping mode and courier company, basis on it shipping charge will be applied on your final order. For bulk orders, an extra charge on packing is levied as it requires altogether a different and durable packing.
